I like clothing design but I hate shopping for clothes. The inane human chatter and thumping brainless piped-in music. The offensive competition of perfumes. The vast plastic and packaging make me think of landfills and our choking oceans. The ridiculousness of it all overwhelms my senses and sensibilities. But I've found a work-around. I can laugh!
